باستخدامك تطبيق DOPMAX فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية وإرشادات المجتمع. التطبيق تشغّله شركة فل زون وكيل بالعمولة والأتجار بالعمولة (شركة الشخص الواحد)، دولة الكويت.

By using DOPMAX you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. The app is operated by Full Zone Commission Agency and Commission Trading Company – One Person Company, State of Kuwait.

• لازم يكون عمرك ١٣ سنة أو أكثر لتسجيل حساب.
• البث المباشر واستلام الأرباح لمن عمره ١٨ سنة أو أكثر.
• المستخدم دون ١٨ سنة يحتاج موافقة ولي الأمر قبل أي شراء.
• إنت مسؤول عن حسابك وكلمة مرورك وكل نشاط يتم منه.

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• Live streaming and receiving earnings require age 18 or older.
• Users under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission before any purchase.
• You are responsible for your account, your password and all activity on it.

لا نتسامح مطلقاً مع المحتوى المسيء أو المستخدمين المسيئين. أي محتوى إباحي، أو استغلال للأطفال، أو تحرش، أو تهديد، أو كراهية، أو عنف، أو احتيال، يُحذف، ويُحظر صاحبه، وقد نبلّغ الجهات المختصة.

تقدر تبلّغ عن أي محتوى أو حساب من داخل التطبيق، وتحظر أي مستخدم. نراجع البلاغات خلال ٢٤ ساعة.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Sexual content, child exploitation, harassment, threats, hate, violence or fraud is removed, the account is banned, and we may report it to the authorities.

You can report any content or account in the app and block any user. We review reports within 24 hours.

المحتوى اللي تنشره ملكك. بنشره تعطينا ترخيصاً غير حصري ومجاني لعرضه وتخزينه وتوزيعه داخل التطبيق وللترويج له، طول ما هو منشور. لازم تملك حقوق كل شي تنشره، بما فيها الموسيقى والصور. نقدر نحذف أي محتوى يخالف هذه الشروط.

You own the content you post. By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it in the app and to promote it while it is posted. You must hold the rights to everything you post, including music and images. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

• العملات تُشترى داخل التطبيق عن طريق Apple أو Google فقط، وتُستخدم لإرسال الهدايا ولمزايا داخل التطبيق.
• العملات ليست نقوداً، وما تنتهي صلاحيتها، وما تُسترد أو تُحوَّل لنقد، إلا حسب سياسات Apple و Google أو ما يفرضه القانون.
• الهدايا المرسلة نهائية.

• Coins are bought in the app through Apple or Google only, and are used for gifts and in-app features.
• Coins are not money, do not expire, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, except under Apple and Google policies or where the law requires.
• Gifts sent are final.

المضيف يستلم نقاطاً من الهدايا، وتتحول لأرباح حسب الأسعار المعلنة داخل التطبيق. السحب يخضع لحد أدنى، والتحقق من الهوية، ومدة انتظار، ورسوم التحويل، كما هو موضح في التطبيق. نقدر نوقف الأرباح الناتجة عن احتيال أو مخالفة.

Hosts receive points from gifts, which convert to earnings at the rates shown in the app. Payouts are subject to a minimum amount, identity verification, a holding period and transfer fees, as described in the app. We may withhold earnings that result from fraud or violations.

• انتحال شخصية أحد، أو إنشاء حسابات مزيفة.
• الرسائل المزعجة، أو التلاعب بالمشاهدات أو الهدايا أو الترتيب.
• اختراق التطبيق أو تعطيله أو نسخ بياناته آلياً.
• بيع الحسابات أو العملات خارج التطبيق.

• Impersonating anyone or creating fake accounts.
• Spam, or manipulating views, gifts or rankings.
• Hacking, disrupting or scraping the app.
• Selling accounts or coins outside the app.

إذا شفت محتوى ينتهك حقوقك، راسلنا على dopmaxx@gmail.com مع رابط المحتوى وما يثبت ملكيتك، ونحذفه إذا ثبت الانتهاك. نحظر الحسابات اللي تكرر الانتهاك.

If you see content that infringes your rights, email dopmaxx@gmail.com with a link to the content and proof of ownership. We remove it if the infringement is confirmed, and ban repeat infringers.

نقدر نوقف أو نحذف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط. وتقدر إنت تحذف حسابك بأي وقت من صفحة حذف الحساب.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the account deletion page.

التطبيق مقدّم «كما هو». ما نضمن إنه يعمل بدون انقطاع، ولسنا مسؤولين عن المحتوى اللي ينشره المستخدمين. في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، ما تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا المبلغ اللي دفعته لنا خلال آخر ١٢ شهراً.

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for content posted by users. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
