سياسة الخصوصيةPrivacy Policy

تطبيق DOPMAX تشغّله شركة فل زون وكيل بالعمولة والأتجار بالعمولة (شركة الشخص الواحد)، دولة الكويت («نحن»). هذه السياسة تشرح البيانات اللي نجمعها لما تستخدم التطبيق أو الموقع dopmax.com، وليش نجمعها، وكيف تتحكم فيها.

DOPMAX is operated by Full Zone Commission Agency and Commission Trading Company – One Person Company, State of Kuwait ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app or dopmax.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

• بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف، واسم المستخدم، وكلمة المرور (محفوظة مشفّرة)، وتاريخ الميلاد للتأكد من العمر.
• الملف الشخصي: الاسم المعروض، والصورة، والنبذة، وإعدادات الخصوصية.
• المحتوى: الفيديوهات والصور والبثوث والتعليقات والرسائل الخاصة اللي تنشرها أو ترسلها.
• التفاعل: المشاهدات، والإعجابات، والمتابعة، والمحفوظات، والهدايا المرسلة والمستلمة.
• المشتريات: سجل شراء العملات داخل التطبيق. الدفع نفسه يتم عن طريق Apple أو Google، وما نستلم بيانات بطاقتك.
• أرباح المضيفين: عند طلب السحب، نجمع بيانات التحقق من الهوية والحساب البنكي المطلوبة قانونياً عن طريق شركة تحويل الأموال.
• بيانات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز، ونظام التشغيل، واللغة، ورمز الإشعارات، وتقارير الأعطال.
• الكاميرا والمايك والصور: فقط لما تسمح فيها، ولما تصوّر أو تبث أو ترفع محتوى.

• Account data: email or phone number, username, password (stored hashed) and date of birth to confirm your age.
• Profile: display name, photo, bio and privacy settings.
• Content: videos, photos, live streams, comments and private messages you post or send.
• Activity: views, likes, follows, saves, and gifts sent and received.
• Purchases: a record of in-app coin purchases. Payment is handled by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details.
• Host earnings: when you request a payout, we collect the identity and bank details required by law through our payout provider.
• Device data: device model, operating system, language, notification token and crash reports.
• Camera, microphone and photos: only after you allow them, and only while you record, stream or upload.

• ترتيب صفحة «لك» حسب اهتماماتك.
• حماية المجتمع: فحص المحتوى، ومراجعة البلاغات، ومنع الاحتيال والحسابات المزيفة.
• إرسال الإشعارات اللي تختارها.
• حساب أرباح المضيفين وتحويلها.
• إصلاح الأعطال وتحسين الأداء.
• الالتزام بالقوانين والطلبات الرسمية.

ما نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي جهة.

• To run the app: accounts, posting, live streaming, messages and gifts.
• To personalise your For You feed.
• To protect the community: content checks, report reviews, and preventing fraud and fake accounts.
• To send the notifications you choose.
• To calculate and pay host earnings.
• To fix crashes and improve performance.
• To comply with the law and official requests.

We do not sell your personal data.

تعليقات البث المباشر مؤقتة: تظهر لمدة قصيرة أثناء البث ثم تُحذف من خوادمنا، ولا تُحفظ بعد انتهاء البث. نحتفظ فقط بالتعليقات اللي يتم الإبلاغ عنها، لغرض المراجعة.

Live stream comments are temporary. They appear briefly during the stream and are then deleted from our servers; they are not kept after the stream ends. We keep only comments that are reported, for review.

إذا كان حسابك عاماً، يقدر أي أحد يشوف ملفك ومنشوراتك وبثوثك. تقدر تخلي حسابك خاصاً، وتحدد منو يعلق أو يراسلك أو يسوي دويتو مع فيديوهاتك، من إعدادات الخصوصية.

If your account is public, anyone can see your profile, posts and live streams. You can make your account private and choose who can comment, message you or duet your videos in privacy settings.

نحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك موجود. عند حذف الحساب نحذف بياناتك خلال ٣٠ يوماً، ما عدا ما يلزم القانون الاحتفاظ به (مثل سجلات المعاملات المالية)، والمحتوى المبلّغ عنه اللي يحتاج مراجعة أمنية.

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (such as financial transaction records) and reported content that needs a safety review.

تقدر تعدّل بياناتك من التطبيق، وتطلب نسخة منها، أو تحذف حسابك من صفحة حذف الحساب. لأي طلب يخص بياناتك راسلنا على dopmaxx@gmail.com.

You can edit your data in the app, request a copy, or delete your account from the account deletion page. For any data request, email dopmaxx@gmail.com.

التطبيق غير مخصص لمن هم دون ١٣ سنة، والبث المباشر واستلام الأرباح لمن هم ١٨ سنة وأكثر فقط. إذا عرفنا إن حساباً يعود لطفل دون ١٣ سنة نحذفه.

The app is not intended for children under 13. Live streaming and receiving earnings are for users aged 18 and over only. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13, we delete it.

نستخدم الاتصال المشفّر، وتشفير كلمات المرور، وصلاحيات وصول محدودة داخل فريقنا. ما فيه نظام آمن ١٠٠٪، فننصحك باستخدام كلمة مرور قوية وما تشاركها مع أحد.

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and limited internal access. No system is 100% secure, so use a strong password and never share it.
